OUR MISSION - H.U.L.A. ALERT PROJECT 
The mission of the H.U.L.A. Project is to aid in the continued struggle of the West Indian Manatee. We have a come up with a plan that will allow boaters and waterfront property owners to let others know that manatees have been spotted swimming recently in a given area. Flags will be flown from moored boats or homeowners docks or boathouses. Each flag will have a large trademark logo which will come to be known as the symbol of the H.U.L.A. Alert. When spotted, this symbol will be an instant warning to boaters that manatees are present at that moment. We are confident that once the public is educated about  H.U.L.A. symbol it will aid greatly in reducing propeller strikes and deaths of these extraordinary mammals.
